Joseline Hernandez has two choices, neither of which are appealing. Either avoid New York City like the plague or turn herself in and face the music.
TMZ reports that the NYPD has reviewed the assault report filed by former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta cast mate Althea Heart stemming from an on set brawl earlier this year and found enough evidence to arrest Joseline. Heart claims Joseline was high on crack when she mopped her up during the brawl.
Heart has also filed a civil suit against Hernandez.
