Usher’s 5-year old son is currently in an Atlanta hospital’s Intensive Care Unit after nearly drowning in the family pool on Monday (August 5). According to TMZ, Usher Raymond V was in the pool with his aunt when he got stuck in the drain while trying to retrieve a toy.
Both the aunt and a maid were unable to free his hand from the drain. Two audio-visual contractors working in the house heard the maid screaming. Both dove in and freed the child. One of them administered CPR on the boy and was able to revive him.
