On the tenth anniversary of the release of his third studio album, Urban Legend, T.I. sat down with Watch Loud to talk about the song “Bring Em Out.”
According to Tip, he wasn’t all that enthusiastic about sampling Jay Z’s voice on the out of fear of backlash from the public because it wasn’t popular at the time to do that. He also didn’t really know Jay at the time.
The song’s producer Swizz Beatz was sure the song would be a hit and he was right. It turned out to be T.I.’s first top ten hit.
