New York Governor Andrew Cuomo presented his “2015 Opportunity Agenda” at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in Albany on Thursday, January 22. He proposed many issues including a minimum wage increase, more jobs in poor neighborhoods, education system reform and restoring the public’s faith in the judicial system.
