New York jewelry store Rafaello & Company is dragging DJ Khaled into court to collect on a $100,000 debt for non payment on items he ordered.
TMZ reports that in 2012, Khaled ordered several custom made pieces, including a diamond chain, watches, diamond earrings, and a 4 carat diamond ring.
The items were sent to the DJ to check out. If they were to his liking he would fork over the payment. If he didn’t dig them the agreement was that he would send them back.
Khaled kept the items and never paid a penny forcing R&C to sue.
