It was a chaotic scene as Justin Bieber arrived at Toronto Police’s 52 Division Wednesday to turn himself in connection with alleged assault on a limo driver.
The singer was dropped off by an SUV and was immediately swarmed by paparazzi and screaming fans as he made his way inside the station.
